Excellent value at very reasonable price for a single person. Shared kitchen and bathroom were modern and cleaned by hosts daily. Fellow guests polite and considerate, rarely saw them. Back yard shaded with big trees and lovely. My room faced it and was cool on a warm day.

I goofed up with my online booking, got to their home late (10pm) and the owner made sure I had somewhere to sleep; much appreciated.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was problems in the lounge with the TV and there was no powdered cream and no sugar it was great. They did give some milk and sugar :) . I would definitely stay there again. Two thumbs up from me….
